Making Vanillekipferl (German Christmas baked goods) right now and this is the second time I'm making them. Gluten free of course, you'll never catch me baking with gluten or even touching it.

There's a special kind of sadness during Christmas season as a celiac disease haver. I absolutely hate it when people complain that I cannot eat anything and now that I've spent so much time around my girlfriend's family (who are very accommodating) it hurts even more

Maybe this is the sign to write a kh / ffvii crossover. I have no clue what it would be about, but the fact I keep switching between the two several times per year tells me I should at least consider the idea
