The #Bears got every player into the Super Bowl, including rookie third string QB Mike Tomczak, who quarterbacked the final series, but before that they had Tomczak playing gunner on the punt team with 4:44 left in the game, and he pushed Irving Fryer out of bounds.

Some #Bears fans have no idea how good a quarterback Jim McMahon was. That offense was obviously run-heavy, and the injury hurt his career, but in a different scheme and situation, his numbers would have been huge.
