Just rewatched The Winter Soldier and who on that writing team is a mega MGS2 fan?

Starts with a tanker mission. Fake out death of a main character. Secret old organisation trying to control the planet by analysing their behaviour. Bad guy with an evil arm. Main character has a juicy butt.
