It is assumed that young, inexperienced, and impetuous people can make the best decision.

Would not trust my 30 year old self to make the type of decision I am making now 34 years later. Why? experience, wisdom, and knowledge that help me make good, sound, pragmatic, wise decisions I make now.

SCOTUS looks ready to erase another key piece of the Voting Rights Act, this time by striking down Louisiana’s Black-majority district for “relying too much on race.” Let me translate…they’re opening the door for states to erase Black and Latino districts that usually vote blue.
