Been reading a Superman omnibus that contains the stories Grant Morrison wrote as of late. I've been really enjoying it so far, it seems like Morrison has a really good grasp on what makes Superman appealing as a character.

I've been playing the new pokemon a little bit. I think it's combat is neat, i like the idea of the pokeball being a means to end wild battles being a lot more emphasised.

Here's an interesting philosophical question: How much of what people call depression is just a form of like, some kind of "super empathy"? Or, i guess a better way of wording that would be: how many types of depression are just a kind of super empathy?

That, and it kinda feels like nintendo put too much in october, like i'm still playing Mario Galaxy and i just randomly check the eShop on a whim and it's like "oh, when does that new pokemon come out? ... TODAY!?!"

I dunno if i'm gonna get that new #pokemon game. Not because it's too expensive or anything (which it certaintly is) but because i don't know if you can still chuck a pokeball the length of a basketball court and catch a monster like in the Sinnoh one they did.

The second time i checked them, the ghost of a woman appeared from the direction of the bell tower and stabbed me with something sharp. The fucked up part is that it woke me up from the dream and i physically felt the stab.

#DreamJournal Had a really spooky one last night. For some reason i was a priest in a fairly old church that had a house attached to it. Occassionally the church bells would ring on their own, so i'd get out of bed to check them.

I think if someone ever wants to seen if they have what i refer to as "Game Design Brain" they should make some DND homebrew. I'm not joking here btw, i've been making a subclass for a friend and it's a similar workflow to how my other game design projects go. Best part is, it's (kinda) free to do!

Went bowling today. The place we went to also had a Daytona USA machine but one of the sides was dead so we had to take turns. Still fun as hell though, both the bowling and Daytona.

I feel like Mario Maker is one of those games that i occassionally get phases for like a "oh i guess i'm playing mario maker for a month" type of deal. I still really hope they make a 3rd one at some point. Still weirds me out how 2 has "extra game STYLES" and they never did anything with it tho.

I had a #dream last night where i was playing Sonic 1, and on Green Hill he was rolling through GOOMBAS! Shame on my subconcious for creating such falsehoods! Sonic... is NOT the one that kills mushroom men!!! Misinformation!!!!!
