i was thinking as i was in bed that weirdly, one of the experiences i am most thankful for this year is being flat broke

it’s fucking me up cuz i went from “never touched a kit” to being able to play stuff by ear close enough and make up stuff that sounds okay to go along with music (even in odd time!!)
