The VP, Vance said on National TV yesterday that the airbase was just a fake rumour and wasn't true. He completely contradicted Kegsbreath's announcement of the planned base. Seems there's a little disconnect amongst the WH staff.🤦‍♀️

I can tell you from 1st hand experience, it rarely happens here in Canada. I can only imagine the vast majority these dogs are being used as weapons and not pets. At the end of the day, if you can't call off your dog it will be sprayed or shot depending on level of threat perceived by the officer.
