Went to the local card convention yesterday, and spent a good amount of time talking to people excited for the Goldeneyes, and it was so fun seeing the hype for the team, as well as engaging with fellow fans that I may see at the rink later on.

It's nice seeing Petey chip in a couple of assists mainly because my dad hates him, and every time he has a good game I feel just a little bit more like the sicko guy because it means I get to use that as fuel against Pops.

If there's one personal positive to come out of this Jays run, it's that I rediscovered my love of baseball.
