I’ll look out for it in future!
“Take me for a walk!”
“Nooooo, I’m tired, go away.”
“Walk! Walk! Walk!”
“How do you have so much *energy* in the morning?”

You get an extra hour’s reading time tomorrow.

Use it wisely
I was the person looking very cold because I’d popped out of the wrong speed records festival without a coat on to find Unexpected Dragons!
This is the winter dragon, who was victorious.
Dragon procession in Glastonbury this afternoon. Summer has been defeated - for this year.
Identifiable key rings on the pocket zip ring.
Oh I’ve got one of those! Super warm but a bit - elbowy?
I’m really sorry that it feels so difficult now. Please know that there are many of us who love to hear about the wonder out there, from those who strive to find it.
Was talking about this only today! Space exploration as hope in an otherwise seemingly hopeless moment.
Option 2 is THE BUS which I can’t catch today because I’ll miss the end of the event, there is one bus and it leaves before 7pm. It’s so frustrating that our transport system outside of London. Is so bad and that trains at normal times are out of reach for ordinary people.
The only reason I can afford this is that my event doesn’t start until 2pm. Trains that leave early can cost over £200. I won’t be able to come home until it’s Off Peak so it will be a very late night. London Event Organisers, think of us country mice.
I’m going to London today BY TRAIN. I feel like a millionaire. Haven’t done this in a LONG time.
My theory is that a lot of this crowd get their ‘memories’ from old films they watched on tv in the afternoons when they were kids, then think they lived through it.
was just talking about this book at lunchtime 😆
You walk into the bookshop. It's raining outside but there's a woodburner & free cups of good coffee here. You browse the shelves. In the super-cheap section there are two crime classics you've had on your list for a while. You pick them up. The sofa is available & there's even a book shop dog.
You gently run your hand through the rack. You can feel it—pure cotton, rich wool, Irish linen. The plump buttonholes are handsewn; the buttons attached with a firm shank. You flip the price tag over. It's affordable

You buy the jacket and go home, which is only 15 mins away. Your apt is $600/month
Rosa hasn’t seen this many apples in the river before.
Congratulations! Lovely news.

Today's the 959th anniversary of the Battle of Hastings, so obviously I'm reposting my scenes from the Bayeux Tapestry in Playmobil.
Dreamt last night that I finally got to kiss someone I'd pined after for half of my 30s. And? Terrible kisser. 1/10 total disappointment.
I thought it was rather beautiful and liked the thought of friends wanting to commemorate them together like this.
I've done a bit of google sleuthing and it appears that one of them was married - but despite this it seems that this stone must be significant? I can't imagine they'd have this stone for any other reason? Morris' book on birdsong can still be found. I'm glad you have found this interesting.
Oh shit, I'm so sorry to hear this. Best wishes to you both.
