Key Stage 2 took part in an assembly all about the upcoming Diwali festival. We shared the story of Rama and Sita and some of our wonderful children talked about how they celebrate and traditions in their households. We wish all our families who are celebrating a very Happy Diwali! #REatWelbeck

F2 enjoyed time on the park this afternoon for filling their marble jars! We get a marble every time we are kind friends, when we listen well and follow the classroom rules. Well done everyone, a well deserved treat and a great way to close up the half term!

As part of their Victorians topic, Y6 studied Victorian toys and how toys have changed and developed over time, including the materials used to make them. We made thaumatropes, a simple toy that creates an optical illusion. Why not try making one at home? #HistoryatWelbeck #D&TatWelbeck
