Not everybody has the same life as you, dear. I cook a LOT, and even lots of experience and things like slow cookers, which I don't own because of the amount of electricity they suck, prep is a huge chore. If I didn't work outside the home, I might agree with you, but no, it's not just "an excuse" 🙄

2/2 and I've seen a few of these types of small commercial kitchen startups packing the meals and they seemed legit af. We can have both convenience and regulation if it's done right. Some people will always need or want these options.

I can see that about conditioning possibly, but I also think because cooking is still involved in a lot of the kits, it can be an entry into cooking also. But I would need to see specific proof/sources that these are just "factory foods" because the ingredients they send are usually raw meat/veg 1/2
