Curry is a comfort food in our house. I made chicken curry with ginger, garlic, pepper flakes, cumin, smoked paprika, curry, onions, carrots, bell peppers, potatoes, and sweet potatoes. This had a bit of peanut and coconut milk in the base and was finished with chopped cilantro. Very yummy!❤️😋🍽️🍜

Made some spicy tuna sushi bake! It has layers of rice, cucumber, furikake,avocado tossed in lemon, spicy tuna, more furikake, topped with drizzled kewpie mayo, oyster sauce, and Siracha. Topped with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. I had toasted seaweed sheets to eat it with. So yummy!😋❤️🍽️🍜

Saturday brunch: Quiches (gf) with bacon, onions, bell peppers, sweet potatoes, and spinach. Salad with gem lettuce, cucumber, beets, and feta with TJ’s sesame dressing. So yummy!❤️😋🍽️🍜

I love Trader Joe’s when I don’t want to cook. I got home and my sweetie had made rice. I pulled out the Trader Joe’s chicken mole, sliced up some cucumbers and avocado and topped it with Trader Joe’s sesame dressing. This was easy, quick, and yummy!❤️😋🍽️🍜

First soup of the season! Tortellini and beef soup with onions, peppers, tomatoes, celery, butternut squash, spinach, and garlic. Finished off with some Parmesan and a little cream cheese. So yummy!😋❤️🍽️🍜

Sunday supper and meal prep from a pork loin roast: Pork stew with onions, carrots, celery, apples, green beans, and garlic simmered in stout. I also fried some pork chops I carved off and made some milk gravy with the drippings. Skin on mashed potatoes to go with. So damn yummy!

Simple Saturday supper: curry coconut poached cod and mussels with onions, peppers, carrots, ginger, garlic, parsley and finished with lemon juice. Sliced cucumbers dressed with a pepper, garlic, rice wine vinegar. White jasmine rice to serve it over. Very quick and super yummy!❤️😋🍽️🍜

Saturday afternoon brunch: we’re doing yard work so I made us a skillet of red and white potatoes, onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, polish sausage, and garlic cooked all together and then finished with basted eggs on top, a little melted Muenster cheese, and chopped parsley. So yummy! ❤️😋🍜🍽️

Supper on a Monday (I was too tired on Sunday but prepped for this): Loco Moco fixings with burger patties, mushroom and onion gravy, fried eggs, chopped green onions, and rice. I made a cabbage salad ‘n vinaigrette and roasted broccoli with Parmesan to go with. So very yummy!❤️😋🍽️🍜

It’s clean and crisp without smelling like linen, powdery, or overly sweet. It lasts but hovers over the skin keeping it from being too loud. The salt, mineral, and sand shine with a hint of coconut water. The lotion & oil add an aquatic sweet note that is faint. The body mist is pure salt scent.❤️

Sorry, no recipe. I browned my chicken, then sautéed my veggies in the same pan and deglazed with white wine. Once the alcohol cooked off I added some cream and fresh herbs, put the chicken on top, added some cheese and baked off in the oven for about 30 min. Hope that helps !

Easy Sunday supper. Gluten free fettuccine (fresh - Trader Joe’s) with Alfredo mushroom garlic sauce. Chopped lettuce salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, sun-dried tomato flakes, olives, and a little feta. Homemade vinaigrette to go with. So yummy!❤️😋🍽️🍜

Cooked up tarragon basil chicken for the week: browned chicken over onions, garlic, artichoke hearts, and olives in an herby cream sauce and finished in the oven with some Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheese. Topped with chopped basil and parsley. We have leftover rice to serve it with. Yum!😋❤️🍜🍽️
