HALF of Americans think the Supreme Court will keep Trump in check — but the reality is far more dangerous.

🔴Trump handpicked three of the MAGA justices.
🔴SCOTUS granted him sweeping immunity as President.
🔴They're helping him deliver on his campaign promises.

We must demand accountability now.
Immigration judges are being gagged — silenced by the government for speaking out about immigration or their own agency.

The Trump administration is asking SCOTUS to block a lower court’s order that would let them challenge this policy in federal court.

This is about free speech.

AR-15-style rifles have been used in Sandy Hook, Parkland, Uvalde, and Las Vegas.

The Supreme Court is being asked to decide if they’re constitutionally protected.

This shouldn’t be a legal question. It’s a public safety emergency.
December 15, 2025 at 7:11 PM
Guns are the #1 cause of death for kids and teens in America — surpassing car crashes and cancer.

The Roberts Court is being asked to decide whether AR-15s are protected under the Second Amendment.

If the Court cared about saving children’s lives, the answer should be simple.

For Trump v Slaughter, the MAGA justices spent almost no time on whether a fired official can be reinstated.
Instead, they focused on whether Trump should have total control over agencies meant to be independent.

That’s not a legal question.
It’s a constitutional one.

They said overturning Roe “returned power to the states.”
But when New Jersey tries to hold fake pregnancy clinics accountable, SCOTUS steps in to stop it.

The only consistent thing? Their hostility to women’s rights.

A lower court held 9 days of testimony.
Reviewed thousands of documents.
Ruled Texas’s map was racially gerrymandered.
SCOTUS tossed it out in 5 paragraphs.

Justice Kagan: “We are a higher court… but we are not a better one.”
December 13, 2025 at 11:33 PM
Let’s be clear:
The Supreme Court has chosen Trump again and again—often in secret, often without a vote we can see.

That’s not judicial restraint.
That’s raw political power.

And it’s tearing a hole through our democracy.
December 13, 2025 at 5:33 PM
The Constitution doesn’t say “We the People… unless the President or the Court says otherwise.”
Yet that’s exactly what’s happening.

We can’t wait for permission to defend it.
We must STAY LOUD.
December 12, 2025 at 10:33 PM
New Jersey tried to investigate fake clinics that lie to pregnant people.

The Roberts Court is letting them off the hook in the name of “free speech.”
Translation: Misleading women is now protected.

This Court isn’t protecting justice.
It’s doing whatever their billionaire buddies tell them to do

The FTC isn’t just another agency.

It’s the last line of defense for consumers against corporate abuse.

Trump wants to dismantle it.
SCOTUS is letting him.

This isn’t about politics. It’s about who gets to control the rules.
December 12, 2025 at 3:55 PM
If the president can fire FTC commissioners at will, what stops him from firing the head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau?
Or the Merit Systems Protection Board?
Or the Federal Reserve?

This isn’t about one agency.
It’s about the entire architecture of checks and balances.
December 11, 2025 at 11:44 PM
They call it “legal precedent.”
We call it a pattern:

Let Trump fire watchdogs.
Let him claim immunity.
Let him cancel foreign aid.
This isn’t law. It’s loyalty — to a man, not the system.
Time to fix the Court.
December 11, 2025 at 9:11 PM
The Constitution gives Congress the power to create independent agencies like the FTC to serve the public — NOT the president.

Justice Jackson reminded the Court: That’s not a loophole. It’s by design.

If John Roberts overrides it, they’re not just changing a rule — they’re changing the balance of

Amazon was going to show customers the cost of tariffs — until Trump made Bezos back down.
Costco is taking Trump to court.

The Constitution doesn’t give the President unilateral tariff power.
It’s time for business leaders to act like it matters.
December 11, 2025 at 6:04 PM
Trump fired FTC Commissioner Rebecca Slaughter — not for misconduct, but because she didn’t align with his agenda.

SCOTUS is now being asked to say: “That’s fine.”

This isn’t about one person. It’s about whether independent agencies can still exist.
And if they can’t — who protects the public?
December 11, 2025 at 12:01 AM
“Every use of official power, the President is now a king above the law.”
—Justice Sotomayor’s dissent

She’s not yelling. She’s asking: Do we still remember what a republic looks like?

Because right now, it’s being rewritten. One Roberts Court ruling at a time.
December 10, 2025 at 10:34 PM
This Supreme Court calls million-dollar campaign donations “free speech.”

But for 99% of Americans, it’s called corruption.

They’re not defending liberty, they’re letting billionaires decide elections.
December 10, 2025 at 6:21 PM
SCOTUS is about to legalize what Congress banned after Watergate:
Laundering massive donations through political parties to buy influence.

Nixon did it with milk money.

Trump’s Court wants to bring it back and call it “free speech.”
The Supreme Court Is Poised to Revive a Key Feature of Nixon-Era Corruption
The justices will hear arguments on Tuesday in NRSC v. FEC, a case cooked up by the GOP itself.

Sotomayor: “You’re asking us to destroy the structure of government.”

Trump’s lawyer: That’s the plan.

And this Supreme Court? Might just help him pull it off.
December 10, 2025 at 12:00 AM
SCOTUS gave Trump immunity.

Now they’re weighing if he can purge every independent federal agency too.

They’re not restoring balance. They’re greenlighting autocracy.
December 9, 2025 at 10:27 PM
Reminder:
Abortion is healthcare.

Lying to pregnant women about their options isn’t “speech”. It could mean life or death.

SCOTUS — who said “let’s leave it to the states” — is stepping in to protect fake pregnancy crisis center’s lies.
December 9, 2025 at 9:10 PM
A Court that protects fake clinics over real rights is a corrupt Court.

Let’s stop pretending this is about the law.

It’s about power, control, and shutting down reproductive freedom.
December 9, 2025 at 7:56 PM
Trump wants to personally control the FTC, EEOC, and Fed.

So he’s asking his MAGA justices to scrap 90 years of precedent to let him fire anyone who won’t play politics.

This is how democracy dies: not with a bang, but a corrupt court opinion.
December 8, 2025 at 11:00 PM
Reminder: when the 14th Amendment was written, lawmakers explicitly debated whether it applied to children of immigrants and said YES.

Trump’s team is asking SCOTUS to remove birthright citizenship by adding words to the Constitution that aren’t there.

It’s not law. It’s fraud.
December 8, 2025 at 8:13 PM
If Trump wins this case, the president could fire any independent agency official for any reason, or no reason at all.

FTC? NLRB? SEC? FEC? Gone.
Replaced with puppets who answer only to him.

It’s an executive power grab, plain and simple.
In landmark case, Supreme Court to rule on Trump's bid to control independent agencies
In a landmark case, the Supreme Court will determine the future of independent government agencies such as the FTC and a president's power to remove leaders at will.
