Following our successful accessible football skills programme for young people with health needs, we're thrilled @northumberlandfa.bsky.social will host 'Your Move' again from 24 Feb - a 6-week block of training for 12-17-yr-olds.

What a great way to end the year! 🏅 Ways to Wellness has been awarded Bronze in the Better Health at Work scheme for the North East and Cumbria.

The whole team participated in activities from learning more about sleep to mindful movement and creativity. We have our sights on silver for 2026.
