AMAZING BUT TRUE: Shakuntala Devi had a freakish ability to perform mental arithmetic on extremely large numbers incredibly quickly. She was born in India in 1929 and began displaying a command of numbers at just three. She wrote several books on maths and other topics. A remarkable woman indeed!

Maybe if we spent a bit more time in Nature we would appreciate it more, and understand our place within it. We are not separate from Nature and cannot survive without it. Understanding that should encourage us to preserve it.

Nothing does the soul more good than the sound of running water, the rustling of leaves, the chirping of birds and the smell of the forest. We should spend our lives in nature more often than at home in front of the computer or television.💚☘️🌿🌱🌳🌲🍀💚

The search for peace and strength finds its fulfilment in the forest. Nevertheless, it is astonishing that while we are relaxing, billions of microorganisms, bacteria, worms and insects are doing their work and providing the basis for our survival in this tranquility.💚🌳🌲🍀💚

As well as planting trees, we should stop chopping them down. Last year the world lost 3.7 million hectares of tropical primary forest, which is about 10 football fields of forest per minute. Much of it goes into fashion and It's not sustainable. Nanollose is developing novel Tree-Free alternatives.
