Not an artist nor a dog lover. Should read more
Can only be pleased for the tallest, youngest, equal favourite #CarrollHarris feral, who shows again there's more than one way to skin a cat than rubbing it's nose in cream (or butter). Onya Lukie

Anyone who claims to support the lower classes SHOULD buy indie authors’ books and shop locally. Otherwise, they are pretending.

There are 'supporters of the lower classes' who promote only commercial works of the rich, sabotaging indies.

They tried me. I blocked them.

Hype indies.

This was supposed to be my dinner last night — lamb kofta rissoles. I think the hospital needs to learn something about presentation.

Liberal party’s Kevin Hogan when asked about recognizing state of Palestine says we wouldn’t acknowledge a terrorist organization. May I remind him that we are currently recognizing the terrorist state of Israel. 😏 #RNBreakfast

I was born in Bourke Street! #DarlingItHurts #Gadigal
Sir Richard Bourke was the Governor of New South Wales, 1831-38.
They named this very long Sydney street after him.
This part of Bourke Street is in Surry Hills.

Okay, that was interesting; I hadn't known about Weber and charisma. Isn't the sensible next step in #vibesandtribes to consider #thecultofpersonality?

For today’s episode in the history of bad ideas David talks to cultural historian Tom Wright about charisma, a term that often feels essential for understanding modern politics but which ends up obscuring far more than it explains.

That's of considerable value to we who share the family name and have often been there, wondered but never thought to seek the answer...I'm from a long line of clerks who did Latin and wonder if Charlie and Billy knew this
Surgeon John Harris came to Sydney with the NSW Corps in 1790, was caught embezzling funds and court-martialled.
Due to a clerical error in the use of Latin, scrubs wrote “ultimo” (last month) rather than “instant” (this month).
And he was granted farm land.
He called it Ultimo.

Today’s political trial is perhaps the most consequential in English history: the trial and execution of King Charles I for treason in January 1649. How could a king commit treason when treason was a crime against the king?
