California just banned employers from forcing workers to pay a debt, fee, or penalty to leave their job.

Bosses have increasingly been trapping workers with debts incurred in training and other exploitative fees.

Now that's illegal in the nation's biggest state.

While Amazon floods your feed with Prime Day ads, they’re also hurting pregnant workers.

Top, from left to right, there are portraits of actors Sally Field, Chelsea Handler, Cynthia Nixon, Jane Fonda, Rosario Dawson, Lily Tomlin, and Pamela Adlon. Underneath their portraits, arched purple text reads: 7 Hollywood Actors Signed On on top of an arched orange banner. The main text says "Tell Amazon: STOP hurting pregnant workers." in a white font. The text "send the letter!" sits on top of an orange banner/button. A pregnant woman holding her back and wearing an amazon vest is placed in the background to the right.

Amazon reported 39,062 warehouse injuries in 2024—almost 2x the rest of the industry.

Based on our experiences, that number is an extreme undercount.

But AMZN execs deny there’s a crisis. So disabled workers went straight to top investors.

Here’s what happened. 👇
