I feel like the only thing missing in this Fortnite KPDH collab set is a glider and they could have used the cut-in-half plane from the opening How It’s Done scene.

FORTNITE: The K-Pop Demon Hunters items are PERFECT. The Derpy Tiger teleportation mask, a golden Honmoon shield, Rumi’s broadsword from the finale, and spicy Ramyeon for a speed boost.

These set photos today make me so happy! The suit looks great, it’s definitely a blend of Tobey’s, Andrew’s and Tom’s prior suits. They decided to go with exposed web shooters this time too.

SPIDER-MAN: Brand New Day started filming today and Sony put out a teaser (left) that revealed the new suit will have the raised webbing similar to Tom Holland’s first/unused Civil War costume (center) but with the honeycomb texture of Tobey Maguire’s classic suit (right). I hoped for the NWH suit.

Something I didn’t know I needed: Chip-tune remakes of classic Halo themes making it sound like it was an 8-bit Nintendo game. They had to replace the choir for the iconic theme in Zero Fragment and it works. Polygon Trees is my favorite though.

Disney+ is getting an animated series called EYES OF WAKANDA on 08/01/25 which will feature different Black Panthers throughout history interacting with other cultures while retrieving vibranium artifacts. At one point they will face a user of the IRON FIST power. (Bottom left)

“PREDATOR: Killer of Killers” added an extra scene after the credits tonight that reveals that Dutch (Predator 1), Mike (Predator 2), and Naru (Prey) are all held in stasis by the Predators to be used again in battle. Director Dan Trachtenberg met with Arnold Schwarzenegger about Dutch’s return.

(5) I was against the use of Shalla-Bal as the Silver Surfer but she’s great in the film and I actually wish there were more scenes with her. (6) Galactus was PERFECT. Cold, detached, powerful.

NON-SPOILER thoughts: (1) Johnny was smart, capable and effective. (2) Herbie was well used and helpful. (3) I like that Ben Grimm still had his private air of melancholy but it wasn’t the focus of his character. (4) I loved Reed & Sue’s relationship. Felt genuine.

FANTASTIC FOUR WAS GREAT! The retro-future aesthetic was wonderful, the main characters are accurately portrayed, the family dynamic was perfect, and GALACTUS was awesome! We FINALLY got a great FF film! There is an IMPORTANT mid-credit scene and a fun post-credit scene.

Soooo, I’m FINALLY playing Persona 5 Royal, I’ve completed the fourth palace so far, and it’s really one of the best games I’ve ever played. I love the writing and characters. Now that we have Futaba I WILL PROTECT HER WITH MY LIFE.

(4) Tony Stark and Steve Rogers will be recast.
(5) Miles Morales will not be in the MCU per Sony’s request.
(6) The Punisher will be in Spider-Man 4 but the tv shows will be less connected to the MCU going forward.
(7) They are reducing TV output to one live-action series per year.

MARVEL STUDIOS head Kevin Feige did an interview with VARIETY and discussed the future of the studio.
(1) The Blade movie is still happening with Mahershala Ali.
(2) Avengers: Secret Wars in 2027 will reset the MCU.
(3) An X-MEN movie will follow with a full new cast.
