My favorite moments in an anime are when things seem hopeless for the main character and then by some twist of fate their friends show up and renew that hope with their bonds of friendship and shared struggles 😭😭

I’ve realized managing a team is like taking a group of people bowling.
You’re going to have those that pick it up quick and throw strikes.
Most have it down but need the occasional bumper for help.
But there’s always a few who, no matter what, consistently cross the line and slip on the lane.
You’re going to have those that pick it up quick and throw strikes.
