Had a really bad mental health dip and was in a really dark place for a while. I'm sorry to anyone to whom I caused concern.
I deleted a lot of my social media in a bid to "erase" myself and cause myself emotional self-harm, but thankfully Bsky was recoverable. Working on Telegram now too
