Honey, pls check news sources. I’ll educate you. Qatar will build a training facility (not airbase) for at Mountain Home AFB to train pilots on planes we sell them. Not a “Qatar-owned base” and the facility remains under our control yet Q will fund the facility supervised by the U.S. Air Force.
