Their policy says you cannot refuse but what does the law say? Can they rip me out of my car and pull off my mask just to scan my face to check if I'm a citizen? Can I be arrested if I refuse to allow them to scan my face?

Can you *legally* refuse to be scanned? Are you obligated to remove a mask or glasses to permit a scan, whether per their policy or legally?

This part is untrue. I can't find anyone to give my young child a covid vaccine right now. The reason given: they weren't recommended.

Any reputable construction company ensures it has all the legal bases covered, permits secured, etc. It's well worth digging into what flimsy paperwork they have, what assurances they were given that they voluntarily chose to deem credible.
