Does this apply to a US pilot shot down in a war? The enemy can strafe them as they descend in their parachutes because they’re communicating with US forces for rescue so they can re-enter the fight.

Last week, ICE arrested and separated a father and son after a routine check-in. Six-year-old Yuanxin had just enrolled in the first grade at an elementary school in Astoria. Now he's in custody, alone. ICE won't say where. This cruelty serves no one. It must end.

There is/was no ‘imminent danger’ to America.

None.

Also, Trump granted a 13 Mexican cartel members US residency.

And pardoned a guy who helped facilitate 400 tons of cocaine entering America.

So it IS NOT ABOUT drugs either.

Go figure.

It's great that reporting on the double tap has spotlighted the abject criminality of this Administration.

But don't forget: Venezuela is not waging war on America or Americans, and the men killed were not combatants.

"orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."
