Executive Director Amy Lillard recently travelled to New York City to meet with a variety of industry professionals including financing executives, talent agents and an indie film production company. Her takeaway? Washington's cash back incentive program is competitive with those on the East Coast.

Breaking news! Qualifying commercials filming ANYWHERE in Washington State are now eligible for funding through the Production Incentive Program. Commercials can earn 30% cash back with an additional 10% uplift for filming rural or telling the story of a historically underrepresented community.
