This cave unit in particular was designed by Atsushi Miyagi. He mentioned that because his work tends to bury his head in a PC all day long, he didn't like working on really dark areas. So he would go out of his way to have natural light break through the ceiling, like this one, and Hole of Beasts.

She worked on the pre-rendered cutscenes, and designing the President was part of that job. You'd never learn that from the credits sequence though.

Nintendo has a habit of avoiding credit redundancy. You never see a person's name more than once as they scroll.

If your job is to animate the cutscenes, but, I dunno, you also create the design for the Waterwraith on the side. You just get credited for cutscenes :P
