Gentle reminder: I am seeing more "I cannot afford pet food" posts & if you might face this in the near future/now, I recommend checking your local area's subreddit and posting if anyone knows of local programs for pet food. Many areas have small under-the-radar charities that give out pet food.

really the hard part is "camera that is connected to the internet" is genuinely such a fantastically powerful tool that if i'm gonna bother carrying a phone it needs to do that part well. most dumbphones eschew this (understandable)
