Luray wins regional title and Riverheads places third, with both earning team berths in the state meet.

Bulldogs led by Briana Plum (4th) and Isabela Rizek (5th), while Gladiators led by Verity Jordan (3rd).
#VHSL Boys Cross Country, Region 1B Championship:

Riverheads advancing to state meet as a team, led by Sam Ashby (9th), Jack Young (15th), Cooper Boyd (18th) and Sam Jarvis (23rd).
