Small progress on my sock today. My daughter turned 8 (gasp - what?!) We played numerous endless rounds of card games, puzzles, and baked her cake together. Her younger brother helped where he could. No Black Friday shopping was done. We wore our pajamas all day. I love my little family. #knitsky

Feeling a little better FINALLY so finished my vanilla sweater. I heavily modified this with length on the body and the sleeves, Also added ribbing to the bottom as well. Into a nice bath it goes and it can block overnight. Picture tomorrow #knitsky

I have been down with whatever new strain is going around for a week! Omg. Hopefully I will feel up to knitting some tonight. This has been rough!! It has knocked my kiddos and I on our behinds.

I have been down with whatever new strain is going around for a week! Omg. Hopefully I will feel up to knitting some tonight. This has been rough!! It has knocked my kiddos and I on our behinds.

Ugh. JUST finished Clue 3 of Joji’s MKAL and my son threw up on it! Guess I will be frogging it and washing the yarn tonight. In the meantime..

Still plugging away on some WIPs. Finished one sock, did a few rows of clue 2 of Joji’s MKAL shawl, and started the other sleeve on my sweater. #knitsky
Too much stress over not getting my SNAP payment and the state of life in general hampered my knitting mojo the last 2 days. Heavy sigh. 😔
