Kristi Noem says “everyone is treated equally,” but does that sound true to you? When ICE is detaining people, including U.S. citizens, without due process — targeting them for how they look, the language they speak, or where they work — equality is nowhere in sight.
California, Vote YES on Prop 50!

Prop 50 is a response to state leaders in Texas, who gerrymandered maps to gain five more GOP seats in the House for Trump.

On Nov. 4 Election Day, let’s stop the MAGA agenda in its tracks — and take back up to 5 seats by voting yes to Prop 50.
From stripping away access to health care and imposing tariffs to undermining due process, the Trump administration has created nothing but uncertainty and chaos. Americans are worse off today than when he took office.
Trump is tearing down the country — and that’s no metaphor. In his quest to leave a legacy, he’s destroying the White House to build a ballroom, but the only legacy he’s leaving behind is a nation in crisis.
Congressional Republicans’ inaction has already left state marketplaces scrambling, creating a health care crisis that’s leading to chaos and confusion for consumers as the 2026 enrollment season begins.
Millions of Americans could face premium hikes and lose health coverage if Congress fails to renew Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies in time for open enrollment. Officials warn it’s now “too late” to prevent major disruptions.
Millions of Americans, including 16% of Latino households, could lose access to SNAP benefits in just two weeks if the Republican government shutdown continues. Without swift action, millions are at risk of going hungry.

For the first time in history, 1 in 5 Americans is Latino, and our workforce is growing faster than any other group in the nation. Latinos are driving the U.S. economy through hard work, resilience, and pride. When our community thrives, the whole nation moves forward.
It’s been over 2 weeks since Adelita Grijalva won AZ-7, but Speaker Mike Johnson still won’t swear her in—leaving 800,000 Arizonans without representation. GOP leaders are blocking a vote to release the Epstein files, and she’d be the final signature needed. Swear her in now.

This is nothing more than a continuation of the president’s desperate weaponization of our justice system.

I am not fearful — I am fearless.

We will fight these baseless charges aggressively, and my office will continue to fiercely protect New Yorkers and their rights..

These aren’t abstract legal battles; they’re about real people. This term is a test of America’s promise: liberty, equality, and justice for all. Our future is being argued in court, so let’s make sure our voices are heard.
The Supreme Court’s Fall 2025 term could redefine what belonging and democracy mean in America.

The Court will hear cases that decide who counts as a citizen, who gets fair representation, how much power a president can hold, and more.
