What's happened since?

A record number of women have been prosecuted. Pregnancy loss is now considered extremely suspicious, even when it has nothing to do with abortion.

They were targeted for substance use, miscarriages, and stillbirths, largely driven by fetal personhood laws.

I suppose my position on trans rights is "dogmatic," because it flows from my "dogmatic" belief in individual rights to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, self-determination, bodily autonomy, and equal protection under the law.

I guess NYTimes doesn't believe in that "dogma."
