Don't be afraid of new beginnings.

Following the end of the war, Seokmin travels to the other side of the asteroid belt to see what life is like for his former enemy... the Belters. Belter Omega, Lee Felix, serves as Seokmin's trusty guide while also navigating his first pregnancy and all the obstacles that that life-changing experience brings.

The residents of the Belt have their own stories to tell too, and with a fragile peace laid out before them, now is as good a time as ever for someone to listen.

Alongside the struggles of living precariously on the edges of space, Minho and Seungmin battle their own personal crisis', Changbin tries to care for everyone's well-being, but who will take care of him? Chan questions his ability to lead his people forward, and Haru struggles to let go of the past.

Coming from two separate worlds, somehow, they'll find a way to work together and move forward and upward.

I feel like crying a lot rn... probably just hormones + the weird virus that has left me feeling exhausted and not-hungry the past two weeks. Just feel totally washed out and even writing is proving difficult.

If nepenthes was on AO3 I would unrestrict everything and just feed the poison pill to the scrapers instead of making it slightly more difficult for them to scrape.

I still have to unpriv some WIPs/Unfinished stories and all of the FRAGILE SKIES stuff, but FS 1 has 56 chapters and I need to edit my social media links out of all the author notes at the end of each chapter since I have none of those accounts anymore so that'll probably be next weekend.

Its like nightshade(?) but for written text/webpages, it poisons the AI the way nightshade/glaze did with AI art.

I wish AO3 could just put nepenthes on everything uploaded, and then when the scrapers come in, it basically bricks them.

I guess, if it's a losing battle, we can still have a pyrrhic victory by infecting AIs with omegaverse lore and monsterfucking and shit.

Ah dang, I thought if the ai bubble popped, then why would anyone bother scraping fics? Naive but... I wanted to dream 😭
I know everything up to like... fic #60 million on AO3 was scraped already, but that new fics that are restricted are less likely to get stolen.
