Imagine needing care… and being denied it. 💔

➡️ That’s not just unfair. It’s inhuman. ⚖️🏥

A graphic featuring a quote from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on a light blue and dark blue background. The quote reads: “Of all the forms of inequality, injustice in health is the most shocking and inhuman.” Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. is pictured on the right side, wearing a suit and tie with a “March on Washington for Jobs & Freedom” pin. At the bottom, the logo of Yale School of Public Health is visible.

Ukrainian Republicanism
Ukrainian Republicanism is a wide tradition founded upon the legacy of Taras Shevchenko and Mykola Kostomarov.

Кацапський дрон збили прямо над центром для диких тварин в Борисполі. Їхня сліпа козуля злякалася, вдарилася і зламала шию. Вона не вижила.

107 year anniversary of IV Universal (document that declared independence of Ukraine and announced bold social reforms) of Ukrainian People’s Republic 1918-2025”

📍Crimea, Ukraine
No to capitulation and fuck Poroshenko.
UA gov. needs to be more often reminded that it failed to comply with Social Charter (Ukraine ratified it in 2006) standards and pursued laws that directly contradict it, and making a severe regress not motivated by the Russia's military agression, but by elitist policies.

There nearly nothing of quality about Makhno movement in foreign languages, but this one is written by a Ukrainian diaspora, with quite nuanced approach:

This one, and also Ukrainian Communists-independentists, who in one period worked with Makhno. In this period, Makhnovites had their only Ukrainian language newspaper, unfortunately shortlived. Newspaper ceased being published the moment cooperation between two forces ended
Here some more context about Makhno’s movement:
Yes, mainly Makhno’s wife, who was strongly in favor for alliance with Ukrainian socialists (Makhno was against). But women in the movement had little influence, and she didn’t have much baking. Also Makhno’s functionaries Shchus and Shpota
With Makhnovites one need to take into account, that a lot of anarchist intelligentsia was Russian, and followed Russian nationalist ideas and opposition to Ukraine’s self-determination. Makhno too. As well had their share of anti-democratic ideals aka “bomb the politicians we don’t like”
Ukrainians are mostly sleeping right now. But in a few hours, when most of the people will see the news, we will be!
Assad Syrian regime was the main hub of RU military operations, resource extractivism and human trafficking for RU military from Middle East and Africa. Fall of Assad regime opens the road to freedom for Syrians, as well as for those, who are oppressed by RU.

As poles say: for our and yours freedom

What could be better and stronger symbol rather than the flag of free nation waving, during biggest victories and greatest tragedies? It always makes emotional to see how people value freedom and their collective rights, and how people are ready to fight for it.

Babe, wake up, new captcha just dropped.

...I can't possibly be in the first million of people to have thought of this.
Reading right now Liberal Socialism by @mattpolprof.bsky.social , the book which surprisingly become for me an openning to Thomas Paine, consider supporting his writing and his careful research into the insights of liberal socialist tradition.

I do a lot of writing/travelling/presenting to try and agitate for progressive causes wherever possible. If anything I've written or said inspired or provoked you, consider donating a little bit to a fundraiser I've started to support my work.

Ahmetzaki Validi Togan, one of the leaders of Bashkir national liberation struggle in 1917, famous socialist, read Hrushevskyi — Ukrainian historian and central person of our liberation struggle, about Ukrainian independence struggle.
The biggest leaps in anti-colonial theories and support (Recognition of Crimea Tatar genoc. support for Chechnya & others) for anti-colonial struggle were made by UA from 2022. All the anti-Colonial left that isn’t pro-UA usually are hidden authoritarian sympathics or with xenophobic tendencies
