In Blender go to the Video Sequencer
Select Add -> Image/Sequence and choose your image sequence
Set your video start and end frames
Go to Output tab of the right panel,
Set your output folders and all your desired video settings.
Render -> Render Animation (Ctrl F12)

Kk don't want to question your process. Just seen too many crying students late night while I helped in the university animation labs. Blender can import images into a movie, in case it crashes mid render.

UBC has developed an enzyme that can convert donor organs to type O, making them universal.
Normally a using organs of the wrong blood type causes the recipient's immune system to attack the organ, leading to failure.
