forgot to think abou for a sec that kinda happened technically with Atomic Fire...
it would been a cool concept in megaman if instead of being "stripped away" his previous weapons, he integrated some functions into his moveset...
like making charge kick's dash attack a standard feature for sliding, so whenever you slide you atleast do a little damage, n it'd still be balanced...
