As a fellow grower of grapes I have solved this problem. An archaic provision in Texas law, prevents me from getting the license needed to sell my wine. Thus avoiding the need to place my product into commerce.

I must admit, however, that I am finding it difficult to succeed commercially.

There’s a bit more seriousness behind my reply than might appear. I think a better question is: Who is still voting MAGA? I think those sold into patriarchy, racists, Christian Nationalists, the rich and low information voters. Perhaps fewer young women than men fall into some of those categories.

I lived 35 years in Dallas and was rather isolated from the rural areas of the state. The last five years in rural, central Texas have shown me just how conservative a lot of Texas is.

Cruz is what he is but chances are the current AG Paxton will replace Cornyn and he’s so corrupt he makes Trump look honest. The US Reps are a mixed bag. Some incredibly far right, some mostly just corrupt, some dumb as a rock, and a few genuinely insane.

25% of deportations have taken place from Texas. Trying to hire agricultural workers is getting darn near impossible.

Same here, more or less. My wife has Spanish citizenship (after tracing her ancestry back to the expulsion of the Jews in 1492). Our kids are long grown but I need to sell my vineyard, it needs care from a new owner, and it’s a bit of a niche item.

Yes but for most of his life Henry VI was just a figurehead while the real power was concentrated in (the Heritage Foundation) powerful Dukes. Also led to a civil war.
