You can try taking inspiration from other artists work as a guide to develop your own style. Focus on why it inspires you. Could be the shapes, the shading, expressions, motion and environments. Never be afraid of taking inspiration, it's a common way of us to find growth within ourselves.

About discovering style: When I was in the process about finding my "style" I took the scenario as finding my wand from harry potter lol. Be prepared to chose something that may or may not possibly fit for you.

The best advice I can give is identifying what qualifies as a resource to you.
