It's December. The goal is to find MELIA a home for Christmas. We can do this. Over 810 days waiting. Poor baby. A quiet adult only home, no dogs, cats are ok. 3.5 years old, around 50 lbs. Come on New York!

Now I just need to start making a batch every week if I want fresh (tempting!) or make a lot in advance (easier to do just when I’m not busy) and dry for later use.

I’ve never enjoyed American food. It’s mostly over fried, over sugared, over processed and lacking in depth. I have to say, using #koji this year on stuffing and stuffed #seitan is a total game-changer! I also let sprouts and potatoes marinate in #shio koji several days before the day. BOOM! #vegan

We adopted a dog who had spent over 2yrs at a ‘pound’ after his elderly human died and the family abandoned him. (I’m glad they did tho bc they are clearly assholes!) He had lost all his hair and was incredibly depressed, scared when we found him. He had 5 pampered years w/ us! ❤️
