Here's a little video showing some of the creative process behind my latest map. I was in a bit of a creative rut, and reading Sly Flourish's article "The Only Dungeon Map You'll Ever Need" snapped me out fast and hard. I was also inspired to try a different style/look.

A civil war within the Giants community is one of the possible arcs I've dangled to my players. But they've so far pursued alternative. The son of the Storm Giant King is leading a rebellion to abolish the Ordning.

My Wednesday game got cancelled. So I'm in the mood to doodle and map. Inspired by Sly Flourish's article "The Only Dungeon Map You'll Even Need." Challenging myself to meet all his criteria. Can't remember the last time I just made a good 'ole fashioned dungeon :)

Thank you some much. Do you mean the isometric mountainside city? That was a looooooooong project, but a labor love. I'm eagerly awaiting for inarnate to release their new isometric Roman assets pack. Maybe I can ask them to include me in the current early release...
