They need to draft much better. outside of top ten picks their drafting has been atrocious. They have had a ton of picks and really not much to show for it.

I don't think #flyers trying to match Canes speed is their best approach (because they can't), but it's good that the Canes are one of few teams who can't/won't bludgeon them physically
