Gallade is my favourite Pokemon, and dear God, it took until near the end of the game (I am Rank C right now, and the goal is to reach Rank A, and my team is about mid Lv 50s... we're near the end)
But my GOD has it been worth it!

It.... doesn't look that much different, to be honest
The hoodie is now white and has a cape, and that's about it, it's not too imposing or anything
Lizards do shed their skin though, so I think it's kinda showing off that with the holes being like, the eye sockets

I could barely get a look at it, because we destroyed it with one Psycho Cut
But it looks cool, with bigger horns, and it kinda looks like it's got some armour on now

My Pokemon can deal with it fine enough, but it goes after ME and its punches are actually kinda hard to dodge
Meanwhile it summons Binacles as reinforcements and they just get in the way

It's also part Fighting-type instead of Rock-type now; I was gonna go in with Leaf Blade but Psycho Cut doing more damage works out too

Hmm...
There is weather, but only one I've noticed: rain
There is the Goomy line in this game, so it's gotta evolve somehow
But I haven't seen any Rain Dance or Sunny Day or anything, either
Rain would also be the most naturally occurring weather conditions, at any rate

In another lifetime, that king stood proudly against any phantasms or fae that tried to take you down, Gallade. Your blade was sacred, honourable, and just, while its own was merciless and punishing.

It just feels more... buh when I get stuff like the Black Belt or the Bulk Up TM, which helps out other Fighting-types and all
But my main mon has basically not been able to put its Fighting-type to that good use just yet
It better learn Sacred Sword the second I get the Galladite, it's gotta

How have I gone this long into the game and Gallade
1, does not have ANY Fighting-type moves to use
2, does not have its Mega Stone available at this point
Saving the best for last, surely, but damn, what on earth

In any other game you would at least have a Brick Break or something. Hell, we just got Bulk Up, but the move I like to pair that with (Drain Punch) is nowhere to be found either.
We still have other good moves to use at least, like Psycho Cut, the elemental punches, Night Slash, but... what the heckuh.

The next new Mega... is Mega Falinks!
And I like this one a lot, what a really nice concept
Rather than be a bunch of little guys marching in a line, they combine together to kind of resemble a knight, each head being a limb, one being the head, and the "torso" holding it all up
It's very cute

I like that the middle one beneath the "head" has to hold up three of the others and it's goin' ><, that's adorable.

Also... that killed my poor Umbreon
Who is supposed to be able to take Special hits, but it just ended up being overpowered by it
Base Chandelure does have an absurd 145 Sp Atk though, so it's probably been kicked into high gear

Now this is interesting
One main story mission tasks you with finding a missing person, and there is actually a sewer system that opens up for you to search through
Likely full of Poison-types and other Pokemon you'd expect to find in dark places, but it's neat to see another explorable place

Dear God... the Mega Banette fight is scary, as appropriate as it is and given the month
Its thing is that it uses Double Team to actually make copies of itself, and you have to keep an eye on the real one (the others would just be called Banette, and have an HP bar above 'em)

And the longer the fight goes on, the more copies it makes, all while it tries to use Confuse Ray on you, or Phantom Force to disappear then suddenly reappear before you.

What I find rather odd is that I've got the Light Screen TM, but no Reflect
I kinda want both to use, to mitigate both special and physical attacks
Also... as mentioned, Gallade has had NO Fighting-type moves whatsoever
No Brick Break, it can't even learn Rock Smash, Sacred Sword is nowhere yet

With that, more Wild Zones are available, so I'll see what else I can get for now
Much as I love Raichu and its basis, I think I'm gonna want something else that can take hits (particularly ones that Umbreon can't)
And Raichu is set to get two new Megas soon anyway, so I'll raise it again then

I really liked this main story arc/mission for, well, obvious reasons
Streamers are pretty big in both our world and now, with Iono and now Canari, the Pokemon world as well
And the writers really did their research, to the point where I wouldn't be surprised if any of 'em are stream watchers too

Umbreon proved its tanking capabilities by going paw-to-toe with her Heliolisk, and... well, my very own Excadrill was able to wipe the floor with the rest of her team, unsurpsingly
Even with her own Mega, in Mega Eelektross
Which... I took out so quickly I didn't even properly see it

It's Excadrill where it is more DRILL and the drills are beeg
But, it IS an Excadrill, and it almost did me in, and my own Excadrill stood no chance
Gallade's lack of Fighting-type moves (like at all), I'm really feeling
