It’s really hard to remain hopeful and optimistic with a Supreme Court that doesn’t believe in the the constitution
The Supreme Court issued a stay, effectively ruling, for now, that the Constitution no longer applies, at least not to immigrants. Fast-track deportations with no opportunity for judicial review violate the fundamental principle of due process, especially for people already on U.S. soil.
