I think the reason why werewolf girls are so attractive to me thematically and conceptually is that the visual language for monsters in film share that same hulking, looming pose which is iconic to everything from Alien to Frankenstein, is exactly how I felt as a trans girl in highschool.🧵(1/?)

lrs I will believe any interpretation of Xenos yae Galvus that is not "cisgender heterosexual man". he can be a cis woman, trans man, trans girl, genderfluid or nonbinary, with any sexuality or romantic attraction you desire (so long as it includes your WoL), but he is not a cishet man

I think the book I'm working on now is going to need an extensive editing pass. the core is pretty solid, but the problem is that I'm a little too hesitant to say things in Jersey's voice, and so what's supposed to be the main romance is punching below its weight class
