Good question, I don’t know. I only know that discovery learning is best suited for students who have more prerequisite knowledge in a specific domain so that they can handle this working method. Otherwise cognitive overload can be a risk I believe

Why I prefer formative action over FA. Too often, “formative assessment” turns into assessment without grades and then we focus on tools. Formative action is about how you ACT on the information. What am I curious about? What misconceptions do I expect? How will I respond when I see them?
