Just to share how *sometimes* the h-index is meaningless: A postdoc I'm working with a collab, has a h-index 2x higher than both of us. The postdoc served primarily as middle author for many of the cited papers. I've been mostly first or senior author since my phd days to TT. LOL FML. #AcademicSky
