Links of Abbos Fazullayev to Monaco have appeared. With the previous transfer of Golovin, there is a precedent to sign Russian based players. A fee of €15 million has been reported but would likely need to be higher to secure any transfer.

The 2024 Uzbekistan Super League has ended. Nasaf get their first league title while former champions Lokomotiv are relegated. The story of the season is the failure of expected title challengers Navbahor, Neftchi and Pakhtakor to be anywhere close to the top.
