@easyjettime.bsky.social trying to cancel flights due to illness. No option to cancel flight on app or website. Help says “manage booking” this is not true. Only “change flight”. Phone doesn’t work. No chat channel. If I can’t cancel I can’t claim on insurance. Why is this hard? Please advise.
