La défense au XXIe siècle : La souveraineté du Canada dépendra des talents en recherche, en cybersécurité, en génie et en technologie - Universities Canada
Le premier budget fédéral du premier ministre Mark Carney joue d’audace pour bâtir un Canada fort : il consacre quelque 42 % des nouvelles dépenses à la souveraineté et à la sécurité, et trace la voie à l’investissement de 5 % du produit intérieur brut en défense d’ici 2035. Il s’agit de l’engagement envers la sécurité nationale le plus important depuis une génération.
