Personally I am a fan of plebiscites, should a nation agree to them. But these would require a cease-fire and a withdrawal of military forces.

First from all of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson so they could be held there (Ukraine would win and Putin knows it). Then onto two regions of the Donbas.

A real POTUS would cite the UN Charter, say no UNSC member is able to recognise annexation of land off another state nor ever coerce a nation to cede land.

A cease-fire is best for all and Ukraine gets the frozen assets as compensation for the war against it.

Say no, then wait for the missiles.

East Wing was built in 1942 during the presidency of FDR. It was constructed to cover the bunker that he used during WWII and the President's Emergency Operations Center.
