I've realised that I now have an irl friend who I'm close enough to that I need to think about buying her a Christmas present. I'm really bad at presents....

I'm currently listening to Japanese versions of Disney songs and this was one of my very best decisions.

Both use the same kanji, but in one it's pronounced suko and the other is suku.

Brain has completely shut down now. Can't even focus on true crime documentaries, so I've switched to watching &Team MVs. At least I don't need to follow a storyline.

I've only been back from Japan for just over a month, but I'm already looking at going back late next year. It'll only be for a week or so, rather than the full fortnight, because we're planning a trip for hubby and I in a couple of years and that will be a longer one.
