We met with Red Shell for another round of bargaining. After pushing back on their previous offer, we were able to get the company to drop 4 of their proposals that did not address the needs of the workers. However, they refuse to come back with a counteroffer on wages.

We are proud to announce that the union's Executive Board elected Shamika Romanak as Secretary-Treasurer! Shamika’s election is a milestone for the union, as she is the first Black woman to be elected Secretary-Treasurer in the union's history.
